CHOROEGRAPHIC OPPORTUNITY IN TAIWAN –

2008 Asian Young Choreographer Project Announcement

There are totally eight choreographers have been chosen by WDA-AP to attend 2008 Asian Young Choreographer Project in Kaohsiung. Congratulations for those choreographers who has been selected. The selected choreographers are listed below:

1. 蔡慧貞 Hui-Chen Tsai (Taiwan)
2. 吳思瑋 Szu-Wei Wu (Taiwan)
3. 董桂汝 Kuei-Ju Tung (Taiwan)
4. 李佩璇 Pei-Hsuan Li (Taiwan)
5. Ms Kaoru Uchida (Japan)
6. Ms Felecia Hick (Australia)
7. Mr. Ernest Hojilla (Philippine)
8. Mr. Cody Choi (Hong Kong)

The selected choreographers will have to set the dance on the Taiwanese dancers who will have been selected in Taiwan. 2008 AYCP is from 7/6~7/27. Dancers audition is on 7/6. The performances are on 7/26 and 27. The housing, local transportation, dancers, studios, publicity, production and office assistance are offered and a total of NT$30,000 (about US$800) for the honorarium will be provided. Airfare is not covered.
