Yoga

Jessica Patterson has been practicing and discovering yoga for 18 years, during which time she has explored many methods, approaches, and teachers.  A Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and 500-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, as well as a writer and nutritionist, Jessica draws from her diverse background to inspire and uplift students with earthy relevance and accessible instruction. Her classes stimulate the intellect and soothe the soul while challenging the body to balance, stretch, and find ease. As Jivamukti co-founders Sharon Gannon and David Life remind her, we cannot "do" yoga; yoga is our natural state. What we do are practices that show us where we are resisting that state of yoga. In addition to her ongoing classes in Colorado, Jessica leads workshops, retreats, and yoga teacher training programs throughout Colorado and the U.S. Making teachings relevant and fun, Jessica emphasizes integration and wholeness in all she does.
